Senior actor Anupam Shyam breathed his last at a hospital in Mumbai on Sunday due to multiple organ failure.
He was currently reprising his role of Sajjan Singh in the second season of the popular daily soap ‘Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya’ on Star Bharat.
Show’s producer Mr. Rajan Shahi said in a statement, I am deeply saddened to hear about the sad demise of Anupam Shyam Ji. We at DKP (Director’s Kut Production) pray for the departed soul. May his family get all the strength to sail through difficult times.”
“I remember when we started with Pratigya Season 2, he was extremely happy to work again and play his favorite character Sajjan Singh. He was always so lively and full of enthusiasm and will be remembered for his remarkable performances. May his soul rest in peace,” he added.
