Bollywood heartthrob Varun Dhawan and director Shashank Khaitan are set to collaborate once again for their upcoming film, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari.’ This marks their third venture together after the immensely successful ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania .’
While Varun’s on-screen chemistry with Alia Bhatt in the previous Dulhania films was loved by the audiences, this time around, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen opposite him as the female lead. This project follows their earlier collaboration in ‘Bawaal.’
This film is going to be Janhvi’s second project with Shashank Khaitan after her debut film ‘Dhadak.’
Dharma Productions teased fans with a sneak peek, announcing the film’s release date of April 18, 2025. The caption read, ‘Your โ Sanskari is on his way to get his ๐ฑ Kumari! This love story wrapped with entertainment is coming to the big screens! ๐ #SunnySanskariKiTulsiKumari.’
The news stirred a range of reactions from fans. While some expressed excitement about the reunion, others voiced disappointment over the absence of Alia Bhatt in the cast.
