Popular playback singer Shreya Ghoshal made her singing debut at the young age of 16 in Bollywood with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Devdas’ which turned 19 today.
First is always special so Shreya took to social media to pen a note of gratitude for Sanjay Leela Bhansali for believing in her and giving her an opportunity to enter into the world of Bollywood.
Shreya wrote – 19 years ago on this day I made my debut in Hindi Films in the iconic film #Devdas Itโs still vivid in my memories the magical years of the making of the music. Always grateful to #SanjayLeelaBhansali sir for believing in that 16 year old girl.. And my parents for being there days and nights with me to make me into what I am today.

Shreya recently became Mom to a cute baby boy whom she has named Devyaan. She keeps blessing the feed of her followers on Instagram with some super cute pictures of her bundle of joy.
