TV actor Sheezan Khan has filed an application in the court asking for the return of his passport.
As per reports, the actor has been finalized to be one of the contestant in the upcoming 13th season of Khatron Ke Khiladi which is a stunt based reality show. Therefore, he is needed to fly abroad along with the co-contestants of the show by the end of this month or by next month. Hence, he requires his passport.
His plea will be heard tomorrow in the Vasai court.
News agency ANI had tweeted on Monday – ‘Actress Tunisha Sharma death case | Television actor Sheezan Khan filed an application in Vasai court to return his passport seized by police. Vasai court will hear this application of Sheezan Khan tomorrow.’

Last year in December, Sheezan’s co-actor and former girlfriend Tunisha Sharma was found dead on the sets of their TV show Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul. Tunisha’s Mother Vanita Sharma had filed a complaint against Sheezan for abetment of suicide.
Sheezan was arrested a day after Tunisha’s death and was released on bail last month.
