Actor Harshvardhan Rane recently injured himself while shooting for his upcoming film Silaa. The actor shared a video on Instagram where he is seen taking an ice therapy session to heal his bruises.
Harshvardhan Rane takes Ice Therapy
In the video, Harshvardhan dips himself into a blue drum filled with ice water. Bruises on his arm are clearly visible as he dips calmly during the therapy.
A crew member can be heard praising him, saying, “It’s difficult to hold ice in our hands even for a minute but look at sir as he is taking a dip into the drum filled with ice cubes.”
Actor’s Respect For Action Heroes
Sharing the video, Harshvardhan captioned,
“Today during an action sequence for #SILAA I got my career’s first bruise. Now more respect for Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, and Tom Cruise.”
He also thanked director Omung Kumar for showcasing a side of him he didn’t know existed. Harshvardhan further mentioned the stunt team from South Africa in his post.
