After a hiatus of six years, television actress Trishikha Tripathi is gearing up to grace our screens once again. Best known for her portrayal of Chuhiya in SAB TV’s beloved show ‘Chidiya Ghar,’ Trishikha took a break from the limelight following the birth of her son Aahish in 2019. Embracing motherhood, she cherished precious moments with her little one.
But she missed acting, so she decided to come back and will soon appear in a new show.
Sources reveal that Trishikha will be making a cameo appearance in the Nia Sharma-starrer “Suhaagan Chudail,” set to air on Colors. While it’s a brief stint, her role is said to be pivotal to the storyline.
When we reached out to Trishikha, she confirmed being a part of the show but refused to reveal any further details. She expressed her excitement about rejoining the industry, particularly praising Nia Sharma and the production team. Grateful for the opportunity, she thanked her casting director, Taranvir, for his support.
“I am very much excited to be a part of this show as I like Nia (Sharma) a lot. She is a Diva! I am working with one of the best Production House and I am extremely thankful to my Casting Director Taranvir, who has always supported me. I am feeling very thankful and blessed,” she said.
Apart from her memorable stint on ‘Chidiya Ghar,’ Trishikha has left her mark on other notable shows like ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and ‘Geet Hui Sabse Parayi.’
