Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has joined the cast of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film Emergency.
Kangana is essaying the role of former Prime Minister Smt Indira Gandhi in the film which she is producing under the banner of her own production house Manikarnika Films. Actor Anupam Kher has stepped in to play the role of JP Narayan in the film. The actor took to Instagram to announce his association with the film which is going to be the 527th one of his acting career.

Produced and Directed by Kangana Ranaut, the film Emergency talks about the Emergency that was imposed during 1975 in India. The team has already started shooting for the film.
