Salman Khan gave Love Gill and Scout (Tanmay Singh) an opportunity to address Kaashvi Hiranandani during the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 20. The host questioned both Love and Scout over their silence when Kaashvi accused Love of emotionally manipulating her boyfriend during her previous appearance on the show.
During the last Weekend Ka Vaar, Kaashvi confronted Scout and Love over their growing closeness and accused Love of emotionally manipulating Scout. While Love became visibly distressed after hearing the allegations, neither she nor Scout immediately addressed or denied Kaashvi’s claims.
This weekend, Salman questioned Scout for not standing up for Love. However, he also asked Love why she did not defend herself when Kaashvi made serious allegations against her.
Salman asked Love, “When Kaashvi made these allegations against you, why didn’t you say anything?”
Explaining her side, Love said she expected Scout to clarify things when Kaashvi accused her of trapping him. She called out to Scout during the conversation and wanted him to explain that nothing like that had happened. However, Scout continued talking to Kaashvi, while Rohit Shetty was also having a conversation with them.
Love further explained that she needed at least 30-40 minutes to process everything. She said she sat alone and repeatedly asked Scout why he had allowed Kaashvi to believe that she had trapped him. Love added that she felt hurt because someone had questioned her character, but she did not know how to react at that moment.
Salman then reminded Love of her earlier claims about her confidence and communication skills. He said, “A few weeks ago, you made a big deal about your strong voice. You proudly said that you represented India in a pageant and impressed everyone with your words and voice. But when the time came to speak, when the right opportunity came, you remained silent.”
Love explained that she went blank because she never expected such a serious allegation. She also said Scout looked equally shocked and could not process the situation. Love admitted that she should have spoken up but struggled to find the right words to defend herself.
Salman further told her, “When a girl faces allegations and someone holds her responsible, she needs to take a stand, no matter who the other person is. Your silence made you look guilty. After that, you can cry as much as you want or keep asking questions, but what has changed now?”
He also questioned how Love and Scout resumed their friendship within two days after she had expressed concerns about her image, career and character. Salman asked what had changed after all those concerns.
The host then gave Love another opportunity to address Kaashvi directly. Love said, “Kaashvi, my message is for you. If you claim that you and your partner have been in a five-year relationship, then all of this (the allegation) is completely unfair. You had other words to express your feelings but you chose to blame me, that was totally wrong.”
Love clarified that she had no intention of coming between them and had maintained clear intentions from day one. Love also pointed out that Scout had nominated her several times despite her supporting him and saving him during tasks.
She further told Kaashvi that she had no right to question her character because they did not know each other personally. Love asked Kaashvi to seek any clarification directly from Scout.
Salman then reminded Love, “Your responsibility and self-respect are in your own hands. You are responsible for yourself. Understand?”
He also turned towards Scout and asked him to speak up about why he had remained silent during Kaashvi’s confrontation.
Scout finally addressed Kaashvi and denied her allegations. He said, “There is nothing like what you said about manipulation. I will discuss that outside the house. I don’t feel that there was any manipulation. It was purely a brother-sister bond from beginning to end. I never had any intentions like the ones you suspect.”
Scout also explained that he maintained distance from Love for two days after Kaashvi asked him to cut off the friendship. However, he later felt that continuing that distance would make people believe that his 40-day friendship with Love was fake. He added that he had been listening to everyone’s opinions but eventually decided to follow his own feelings.
Do you think Salman gave Love and Scout the right opportunity to clear their stand?
