The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the Bollywood industry in a way that the makers had to turn towards the OTT platforms for their new releases.
The latest one to join the league is Shilpa Shetty’s Hungama 2, which is going to have an OTT release. Hungama 2, the sequel to the 2003 comedy Hungama, will stream on Disney+Hotstar VIP from 23rd July onward.
The makers took to social media to announce about it on Wednesday, by unveiling a new poster from the film. The trailer will be released tomorrow (1st July).

Directed by Priyadarshan, Hungama 2 promises double the fun and laughter with Shilpa Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Ashutosh Rana, Rajpal Yadav, Meezaan Jaffry, Pranita Subhash, Johny Lever among others.
Hungama (2003) had Akshaye Khanna, Rimi Sen, Paresh Rawal and Aftab Shivdasani in key roles. Akshaye Khanna has been roped in for a cameo role in Hungama 2.
