Rise and Fall Season 2 has already delivered plenty of drama, arguments and changing equations within just a few days of its premiere. The latest episodes have shown contestants turning against people they initially shared a good bond with.
Recently, Siwet Tomar exited the reality show after a heated argument with Shehzad Poonawalla turned physical. Now, another major clash appears to be brewing between Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Shehzad Poonawalla.
The differences between Priyanka and Shehzad started during the argument between Shehzad and Siwet before Siwet’s exit. Priyanka expressed her disappointment with Shehzad as she felt that he continued discussing topics that went against the rules of the game despite her repeatedly asking him to stop.
The upcoming episode’s promo now hints at another heated exchange between Priyanka and Shehzad.
In the promo, Priyanka sits with Raj Grover and Shehzad. Priyanka asks Raj, “Have you ever heard of a man-child?” Shehzad then hits back by asking Raj, “Have you ever heard of a gold digger? Its quite common.”
The conversation appears to affect Priyanka deeply. Next day, she breaks down emotionally while talking about Shehzad’s comment.
Priyanka says, “Ye yahan se bhi pit ke jayega. Mujhe kal gold digger bolta hai. Ek minute ke liye bhi main nahi so paayi iss leech jaise insaan ki wajah se. Mere parivaar ko paalne wali main hoon. Tamacha yahan khayega, taaliyaan utni zor se baahar bajengi.”
(“He’s going to get beaten up here too before he leaves. He called me a gold digger yesterday. I couldn’t sleep even for a minute because of this person who is like a leech. I am the one who supports my family. He will get the slap here, and the applause outside will be just as loud.”)
Priyanka’s strong reaction suggests that the “gold digger” remark has deeply upset her. She also makes it clear that she takes pride in supporting her family.
The new promo has already raised curiosity among Rise and Fall 2 viewers, who will now see how Priyanka and Shehzad’s equation changes after their latest argument. With Siwet already out of the game following his physical altercation with Shehzad, the growing tension between the remaining contestants could bring more drama to the reality show.
