In a tweet, Malhaan expressed his views on the reported Rs. 5,000 crore expenditure on the wedding, stating, “Over 5,000 crore spent on Ambani wedding. Imagine this amount of money being spent on saving the lives of people suffering from critical illness and those who couldn’t afford healthcare cost. #Justathought.”

Critics questioned the necessity of such an expensive home, suggesting that Malhan could have used some of that money to help those in need.
