Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and debutant Medha Rana have officially wrapped up their shooting schedule for the much awaited war drama Border 2. The team marked the end of the shoot with an on-set cake-cutting celebration, followed by a visit to the Golden Temple in Amritsar to seek blessings.
Photos and videos from the wrap-up celebration were shared by the makers on social media. In the pictures, Varun Dhawan and Medha Rana are seen cutting a cake along with the film’s producer Bhushan Kumar, co-producer Shiv Chanana, director Anurag Singh, and team members including Binnoy K Gandhi. The entire cast and crew looked happy and emotional as they celebrated this special moment.

Medha Rana, who is making her Bollywood debut with this film, also shared the post in her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Thank you so much for making me a part of this unforgettable journey. Forever grateful to this team.”
Varun Dhawan had earlier posted a photo from their Golden Temple visit, where he and Medha were seen praying. The photo was taken from behind, showing them in a moment of spiritual reflection. However, the post was later deleted by the actor for unknown reasons.
Border 2 is the sequel to the iconic 1997 war film Border, which was directed by J.P. Dutta. The sequel is being helmed by Anurag Singh and jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta.
Fans are eagerly waiting for this war epic, which promises powerful performances and a gripping story rooted in patriotism.
