Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar has sparked a major controversy after Scout’s girlfriend Kaashvi Hiranandani confronted him over his closeness with Love Gill. During the episode, Kaashvi accused Love of emotionally manipulating Scout and told him, “Usne aapko fasaya aur aap fass chuke ho.” Her remarks did not go down well with viewers, who slammed her for blaming Love instead of holding Scout equally responsible for his actions.
As fans continue to call out Kaashvi and the makers for the confrontation, several celebrities and former Bigg Boss contestants have also come forward to support Love Gill. Kamya Punjabi, Arti Singh, Amit Tandon, Bandgee Kallra and Kishwer Merchantt took to social media to question Kaashvi’s remarks and point out Scout’s role in the situation.
Kamya Punjabi criticised Kaashvi for blaming another woman to protect her boyfriend. Sharing her views on X, she wrote, “If the bond was real, he would set boundaries, not cut ties. Blaming the other girl for ‘manipulation’ just to protect your own committed partner is disgusting and small-minded. Stop pulling another woman down to save your man. Hold him accountable!”
Former Bigg Boss contestant Arti Singh also shared her opinion on the controversy. She acknowledged that Scout and Love’s closeness did not look appropriate on screen and appreciated Rohit Shetty for addressing the issue. However, she questioned why Kaashvi put all the blame on Love.
Arti wrote, “Yes it looked bad on screen – not appropriate. Good that Rohit sir stopped them… then Scout’s gf came. I understand his position also that he did not want to loose his gf but why all the blame was put on Love.. she called him brother always. He was confused… not her.”
Arti also reacted to a promo in which Love tells Scout that he ruined her career. Offering her support, Arti asked Love not to worry about her career and reminded her that one incident does not define her character.
She wrote, “Love, koi career NAHI kharab ho Raha… everybody can see everything… Kaashvi was not wrong by telling Scout that it looked bad and he should play for himself but for Love, Kuch jyada ho gaya. Ap sirf Apne bande ke Liye zimmedar hote ho. who ladki ne hamesha clear Kiya… she took him as brother only… and Love one incident doesn’t define your character. Stay strong girl.”
Actor Amit Tandon also slammed Kaashvi for blaming Love instead of questioning Scout’s behaviour. He wrote on Instagram, “This Kaashvi girl should look at the actions of her own ‘gamer’ bf instead of putting all the blame on another girl. Total BS.”
Meanwhile, former Bigg Boss contestant Kishwer Merchantt also expressed her disappointment with Kaashvi’s approach. She pointed out that Scout himself had expressed confusion about his feelings by writing on the grass, while Love had consistently referred to him as her brother.
Kishwer wrote, “All this while the world felt Scout and Love as wrong. So did I. Everyone must be glad that Kaashvi came to put a full stop to this. But to blame the girl for manipulation, while your boyfriend was the one who wrote on grass that he is confused and maybe has feelings, when Love had never ever called him anything but brother. She came to better his game but landed up making Love the hero.”
Kishwer also shared a strong message for Kaashvi in her caption. She questioned why Kaashvi did not hold her boyfriend equally accountable for his actions.
She wrote, “Should have held your boyfriend accountable too Kaashvi .. kya woh apni behan Ko lekar confuse hota hai about his feelings , aur aise massage deta hai unhe ? Thirty year old got manipulated.. how and why ? Ladki ne phasaya ? Bullshit !”
EX Bigg Boss contestant Bandgee Kallra wrote – “Kaaashvi shame on you big time! Instead of schooling your boyfriend, you character shamed a girl saying usne phasaya hai??? Shame on you!”
