Star Plus’ popular show Anupamaa has made a special place in the heart of the audience with its stellar cast and gripping story line.
That’s the reason why the show has maintained its top position in the weekly TRP chart for a long time. Produced by Rajan Shahi, the show depicts the life of Anupamaa (played by Rupali Ganguly) and her struggle to deal with the extra-marital affair of her husband Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) while balancing her other relations.
The story line of the daily soap, successfully garnered viewers’ attention, making it to the top position in the TRP list.
Today, its a special date for the team. 25th February, 2020 was the day when the team rolled the camera for the first time. Rupali Ganguly recalls the day with a sweet post on her Instagram handle. She thanked her entire team for their efforts and called Anupamma a ‘blessed’ show. Take a look –
The promos of the show hit the screens in February-March last year but the launch of the show got postponed due to the lockdown.
The show aired its first episode on 13th July, 2020 when shoots were resumed post lockdown.
