Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Malti Chahar expressed her disappointment over how her words were presented by a media publication. She requested journalists and platforms to keep the focus on her and not involve her parents.
Malti wrote, “I don’t understand why my parents are being dragged into every podcast and interview. And when I answer honestly and respectfully, my words get molded into attention seeking headlines. Why? Please stick to me only.”
She further added that her parents have already faced many struggles and do not deserve additional pain.
