After watching him in popular daily soaps like Udann (Colors) and Chandrashekhar (Star Bharat), you can now watch the very talented actor Digvijay Purohit in Zee5’s State of Siege 26/11 (Contiloe Pictures).
Digvijay can be seen as Lieutenant Colonel Aniruddh Das in the series and this character is based on Mr. Sandeep Sen, the one who headed the quite highlighted Nariman House operation on 26/11.
The entire Zee5’s 26/11 series is based on the attack of 26/11 from the NSG’s point of view that has been shot under the guidance of Director Mathew Leuthwler and DOP Richard Henkels from America.ย
In a conversation with ItsEZone.com, Digvijay revealed how different and exciting his entire shooting experience was.
He said, “We have been trained by Mr. Sandeep Sen whose character I am playing in the series. He used to be on the set with us to train us. He has given his guidance to us on how to hold a gun, taught us about the body language of the commandos and explained us on what were the difficulties the NSG Commandos faced during the operation. We have got lessons from him about the behavior and the protocols of NSG Commandos.”
“My entire shooting experience was fun. It was quite a different experience from doing Films and TV that I have done earlier. Everything has been captured very beautifully and shot on real locations,” he added.
