Television actor Vivek Dahiya recently cleared the air after his recent social media post sparked speculation among fans about his newborn twins. Vivek and his wife, actress Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, recently welcomed twin baby boys, and ever since the happy news broke, fans have eagerly waited for a glimpse of the little ones.
The confusion started when Vivek shared an Instagram Story featuring a popular scene from the movie Laapataa Ladies. In the clip, actor Ravi Kishan’s character says, “Bahut sunder hai.” The video also included a photo of a baby along with the text, “Me whenever I see my baby.”
Soon after, many fans wondered if the baby in the reel was one of Vivek and Divyanka’s twin sons. The post quickly grabbed attention, with several social media users believing that the actor had shared the first picture of one of his babies.
However, Vivek later addressed the speculation through another Instagram Story. He clarified that the baby in the reel had no connection to his family.
“No that wasn’t our baby. I just resonated with the emotion in the reel, hence shared on the story,” Vivek wrote.
The actor also explained that he and Divyanka plan to introduce their twins properly when the time feels right. Adding his trademark sense of humour, he wrote, “Hum reveal ‘zor shor’ se karenge, aise thodi frivolously on a story haha! Let them grow a little.”
Vivek further shared that he and Divyanka are just as excited as their fans to eventually reveal their children. Referring to the twins as “T1” and “T2,” he added, “Trust me, we’re most excited to share a sight of our T1 and T2.”
With this clarification, Vivek has put all rumours to rest. Vivek and Divyanka remain one of television’s most loved couples, and fans continue to eagerly wait for the first official glimpse of their twins. For now, however, the proud parents seem happy enjoying their new phase away from the spotlight.
