Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha recently found herself in a harrowing situation while in Israel for the screening of her film ‘Akeli’ at the Haifa International Film Festival. She was in Israel when the conflict between Israel and Palestine escalated. Fortunately, Nushrratt is now safely back in India.
In an Instagram post, she shared her terrifying experience of being stuck in a war zone, saying, “Two days ago, I woke up in my hotel room in Tel Aviv to sounds of bomb blasts around me and sirens. We were taken down to the basement and in shelter area. I’ve never been in a situation like this.”
Nushrratt expressed gratitude for being back home in India, emphasizing how fortunate we are to live in a country where we are protected and safe. She has also shared a detailed account of her experiences in Israel.
Many celebrities, including Varun Dhawan and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor have extended their best wishes to the actress, expressing relief that she is now back home and safe in India.
