Popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, Elvish Yadav, is in legal trouble as he is arrested by Noida Police on Sunday in connection with the snake venom case.
As per reports, Elvish was called in for questioning and he was subsequently detained for 14 days of judicial custody.
The charges against Elvish Yadav date back to November 2023 when he and five others were accused of violating the Wildlife Act by allegedly obtaining snake venom for use as a drug at rave parties. The police raid at a Noida banquet hall led to the arrest of five individuals and the seizure of nine snakes and poison. It’s alleged that these snakes were also utilized in Elvish’s videos.
However, Elvish had issued a clarification on social media back then, saying that he didn’t do anything wrong. He said that the accusations are not true and he’s ready to help the Uttar Pradesh police however he can. He even said he’s willing to admit he’s guilty if they find evidence against him. Read here
