Renowned Bollywood actor Anupam Kher recently visited Prayagraj to participate in the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela, a grand spiritual event held once every 144 years. The actor took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers, and shared his deeply emotional experience with fans on social media.
Sharing his spiritual journey on social media, Anupam posted a video of himself partially immersed in the holy waters, chanting mantras as he prayed.
He expressed his emotions in the caption, writing, “Life became successful by taking bath in Ganga in Mahakumbh!! Reached the place where Mother Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati meet for the first time. While praying, tears themselves started flowing from the eyes. Look at the coincidence! The same thing happened exactly one year ago today, on the day of Pran Pratishthan in Ayodhya! Jai Sanatan Dharma.”
